Learn how to make Upvas special Batata Sabzi with peanuts and coconut from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 tbsp Ghee <br />1 tsp Cumin Seeds <br />2-3 Green Chillies <br />3 Boiled Potatoes <br />4-5 tbsp Ground Peanuts <br />2 tbsp Grated Coconut <br />1 tsp Sugar <br />Salt to taste <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some ghee. <br />- Add cumin seeds, green chillies, potatoes, ground peanuts, grated coconut, sugar & salt.
